Orders:

Orders are generally shipped within 24-48 hours.  Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Monday.  Please allow additional processing time for international orders.  Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.

We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, Norway, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Please note, international orders are final sale.

We do not assume responsibility for customs fees, taxes or duties incurred from shipping internationally.  We do not assume responsibility for packages not picked up by the receiver within an allotted window.  If such inaction leads to a package being abandoned by the carrier service, we assume no responsibility for the cost of the order.  We work very closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of such delays.

 

Returns & Exchanges:

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges at this time.

Please note, ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE without exception. Sale Items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange.

Please visit our Harlin Returns Center to request an RA# and prepaid shipping label. We will not process returns without an approved RA#.

We are happy to offer returns on all domestic sales if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.  You have the option of store credit or a refund credited to the original form of payment.  All returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.  We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for a charge of $10 to be processed against your return, or you may use a carrier of your choice at your own cost.

The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent the item from being sold as new.  Returned items must have the original tags attached, and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Ineligible orders will be returned to the customer.

If there is an issue with an item you received, your order is still subject to the regular timeline for returns and must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt.  

Please allow 7 business days for your return to be processed once it's been delivered.  

We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us.
